Written for the Darwin Ensemble and first performed on the 19th March 2010 at the St. Giles Cathedral by the ensemble.

Programme Note

The inspiration of the piece came from the two main features of pear cider. The taste; sweet, tangy, fizzy, exciting and the consequences of drinking a little too much!
